Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts and daily operations, including month-end and year-end closing exercises, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, and management of accounts payable and receivable

Prepare consolidation accounts and audited financial statements for the Group

Liaise with banks, auditors and other regulators

Monitor cash flow, implement expense controls, and coordinate with other departments

Support on company secretarial matters including preparing annual return, supporting KYC, arranging minutes

Assist managers with reporting, analysis, and financial statements

Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines

3+ years of relevant experience in financial industry

Member of HKICPA or ACCA preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Microsoft Excel (SQL/VBA)

Self-motivated and a good team player

Well-organized, detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers with high level of accuracy

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
