About this team
The Fulfillment Planning Manager is a critical position in driving APAC distribution and logistics service level and financial performance. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Planning and Operations and will partner and collaborate with many cross-functional groups throughout the organization, including Global Fulfillment Strategy, DC & Logistics Operations, FP&A, Technology, Sales & Operations Planning, Ecom & Retail Operations and Merchandise Planning.
The key mandate of this role is to manage fulfillment network strategy & planning to drive business decisions and provide insightful outcomes that identify and quantify opportunities - including, but not limited to – business case tracking, inventory management optimization, serving as liaison between DCs/Logistics and upstream partners (such as FP&A, Technology, Products), driving ongoing reporting and dashboarding required to effectively drive network planning, and supporting ad-hoc analysis / decision support.

About this team

A day in the life:
- Drive build out of long-range fulfillment strategy and corresponding 5-year investment roadmap on annual basis
- Drive fulfillment inventory management and strategy from financial lens
- Establish financial tracking mechanisms for approved business cases and quantify rate negotiation financial benefit
- Partner with FP&A and Global Fulfillment leadership to analyze monthly and quarterly DC and logistics financial and service level performance to help ensure targets are achieved
- Build executive level deliverables for fulfillment financial and strategy
- Analyze fulfillment business decisions using data, coming to insightful outcomes that identifies and quantifies opportunities – to support Functional owners responsible for fulfilment decision-making
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of progressive leadership working in a fast paced, high-volume operation with a focus on high seasonal activity in a direct-to-consumer environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct complex fulfillment network modeling and financial analysis.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of fulfillment network design and concept
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
- Excellent PC Skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and reporting tools (Power BI)
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
