A day in the life:
In this role you will be instrumental In:
- Driving the strategic direction for women's tops across APAC
- Optimising architecture and flow decisions with the team based on key global. regional and key market opportunities
- Partnering with key cross-functional partners to bring an optimal experience to the guest
- Leading a high performance team
- 10+ years of experience in a merchant/buyer role, with 5 years management experience
- Bachelors degree In business/related field
- Vertical Retail experience is a must, Omni-channel experience is beneficial
- Balance of the art/science In Merchandising/Buying
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage upwards as well as peers/the team
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to travel
- Proven work ethic with utmost integrity
- Desire to excel and succeed
- Actively live and breathe the lululemon culture and lifestyle
- Passionate about personal development and development of others
- Self-aware, with a desire for constant self improvement (goal –oriented)
