Responsibilities

To consolidate global procurement information and prepare regular and ad-hoc global procurement reports for management to review
Assist in purchasing activities of group companies in Mainland, including the acquisition of purchase orders, monitoring the delivery schedule and quality of goods, and ensuring company policies are followed
Assist in defining the global sourcing strategy and designing the global supply network
Formulate purchasing plans for controlling inventory and cost management
Negotiating price and contracts to meet operation needs
Forecasting price and market trends
Conduct vendor management to ensure all vendors meet Company standards
Seeking potential vendors/ suppliers/ manufacturers
Travel between Hong Kong, China and other countries
Report to CPO

Requirements

Minimum 5 years managerial experience from a sizeable business
Familiar with the business market in China
Good leadership, organizational ability, analytical, problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin
Fluent English and Cantonese
Sport lover is highly preferable
