The Head of IT Security Operations will lead a dedicated team of 10 professionals across Hong Kong and China. The role focuses on enhancing cybersecurity operations and aligning security management strategies with corporate business objectives.

Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing a cybersecurity team.

Enhancing cyber security operations and developing management strategies.

Implementing NIST Framework, HKMA Regulations, and PCI DSS compliance.

Overseeing security monitoring and incident management.

Providing effective vulnerability management and recommending remediation actions.

Collaborating with IT teams to integrate security practices.

Managing information security projects within timelines and budget.

Developing and maintaining security standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Engaging stakeholders to drive security-focused automation.

Benchmarking and implementing market best practices.

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 4 years at a managerial level.

Professional certifications preferred: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

Experience with PCI DSS and ISO 27001 standards.

Comprehensive knowledge of security technologies, including network, endpoint, email, application, data loss prevention, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Identity & Access Management (IAM), advanced persistent threats (APT), web, and cloud platforms.

Proven leadership with strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
