As a Host/ Hostess at Clipper Lounge in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
  • Handling restaurant reservations and enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting guests in a professional manner
  • Maintaining and updating daily record and statistics and file all relevant memorandums and correspondence properly
  • Performing other administrative tasks such as typing menus, drafting letters and facsimiles of confirmation
  • Preparing restaurant seating plans and allocate tables
  • Assisting Waiters/Waitresses for certain tasks during the service.

Requirements:
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese
  • Initiative and Good Customer Service Skills
