Responsibilities:
- Actively answer enquiries and provide services to customer via phone call, and achieve business target.
- Reach out new/ grow customers, and develop new business by providing excellent services and shipping consultation.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- minimum 1 years’ experience in call centre services.
- Excellent telephone manner and handling skill
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- Customer centric and result oriented
