HR & Administration Officer

- Assist in providing all rounded human resources duties, such as recruitment and selection, payroll calculation, leave administration, new staff orientation, etc.
- Maintain accurate staff record data and to ensure on time collection of attendance data
- Prepare uniforms and staff identification cards for factory staff
- Office and Factory equipment and supplies control
- Perform daily and regular office management and administration duties
- Support the ad hoc projects of HR & Admin. Department
- Minimum 1 years of solid experience in Human Resources and Administration field
- Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources / Administration or related discipline
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Salary Tax Ordinance, and other related regulations
- Detail oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive learner with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and be a good team player
- Proficiency of advanced usage of Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
薪酬： $17,000.00至$18,000.00（每月）
