【Responsibilities】
  • To perform a full spectrum of HR generalist tasks including but not limited to recruitment, student intern program, training and employee relations;
  • To act as an HR strategic partner role to provide professional HR advices and services to line manager;
  • To work closely with supervisor to inform and progress the HR service delivery and strategy;
  • To assist in preparation of periodic and analysis reports;
  • To organize staff activities and events; and
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor(s).


【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
  • Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant work experience;
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related ordinances;
  • Self-driven, service-oriented, highly motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude;
  • Well organized, detailed and meticulous with an ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good writing skills (English and Chinese);
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; Excel, Word and Power Point; and
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
