Human Resources Officer (Compensation & Benefits)

Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support in various areas of Compensation & Benefits, including but not limited to payroll processing, MPF, tax filing, benefits and leave administration;
Perform monthly payroll calculations and related payments;
Handle employee benefits enrolment and associated administration, actively engage in benefits program review and renewal;
Verify data accuracy in HRIS, support the preparation of various C&B reports and analysis by compiling relevant and useful data;
Perform other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or other Business related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years HR experience
Analytical and detail-oriented with good numerical sense
Independent and able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, taxation law and related legislations
Good team player, proactive and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing, strong Excel skills and experience in HRIS will be a definite advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (both oral and written)
