Internal Audit Assistant

Job Descriptions:
  • Provide all rounded administrative support to the internal Auditor
  • Assisting in operational reviews and checking of internal control procedural
  • Integrate the review results, assist in the preparation of the review report and provide practical review suggestions to the management
  • Document audit finding and assist in preparing internal audit reports to Senior Management
  • Coordinate and liaise with other department to keep track on the status on the status of action plans
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as required
Requirements:
  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder with major in accounting , business , finance or equivalent or related discipline
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduate is also welcome
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and obtained strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, positive, energetic and keen on learning
  • Will be stationed in Shunde District, Foshan City, PRC
  • Immediate availability is preferred
