Responsibilities

• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
• Perform server upgrade, patching and administration
• Perform system administration and monitoring of information systems, including Microsoft AD, Exchange email, VM platform, and endpoint systems.
• Providing operations support, IT audit support, maintaining IT documentations, operation procedures and guidelines
• Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine applicability to resolve business challenges

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in implementing and supporting large-scale IT infrastructure and networks
• Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, WSUS / SCCM
• Strong infrastructure skills in server, SAN, Windows, VMWare, SSLVPN and Veeam
• Experience in M365, Intune, Share Point, Power BI, Power Automation
• Experience in the administration of Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Alibaba Cloud
• Excellent collaboration skills
