Responsibilities:
Will be assigned a portfolio of trusts, both private and corporate trusts (ESOP/EBT);
Work closely with trust relationship managers to maintain client relationship;
Assist with drafting and reviewing trust deeds and various related trust documents;
Oversee day to day administration of all fiduciary related functions at trust and underlying company levels;
Ensure all administration,legal and compliance requirements are met,identify any legal,investment or tax issues in relation to trusts and underlying companies under administration;

Skills:
Degree holder in accountancy, business, legal or related discipline;
Qualifications such as STEP, company secretary or CPA are desirable;
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in major bank or professional services provider;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
