You'll assist with the overall management of one of our Client Service teams, to effectively administer a portfolio of client entities, providing a first class service.

Your New Role
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

• Administrator a portfolio of complex clients including the preparation and/or review of relevant documentation, maintaining a courteous and professional approach with both external and internal clients
• Ensure that client files are maintained to a high standard
• Assist team members with technical queries, guiding and training them to to upskill their knowledge and skills
• Maintain and build relationships with clients to develop a full understanding of their needs and identify opportunities to cross sell the products offered by Equiom
• Assist with the day to day management the team in the absence of the manager, controlling and supervising the workload to ensure it is completed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
• Utilise management reporting information to monitor and manage progress on key performance indicators (e.g. debtors, accounts and reviews)
• Draft minutes and undertake preliminary reviews of external legal documents
• Act as an “A” or “B” signatory as required, to check and authorise work of the Client Services teams
• Network with intermediaries and relevant business contacts to enhance the opportunities
• Promote the Equiom brand and share our vision and values consistently internally and externally

What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

• Have a proficient understanding of trust and company law and administration
• Have a good understanding of any relevant tax legislation and demonstrate a willingness to understand tax changes as they arise
• Demonstrate a good understanding of external regulations and legislation
  
• Maintain and develop good IT skills and be able to demonstrate skill set across the spectrum of the business systems
• Holds or is studying towards a relevant professional qualification (desirable)
• Have worked in a supervisory capacity (desirable)

Personal attributes which would be seen in the ideal applicant include;

• Good social skills and have the ability to meet with clients and professional contacts both in a business and a social context
• Strong organisation, communication and time management skills
• Have the ability to deal with sensitive issues
