Responsibilities:
Assist with drafting Lightstone trust deeds、trust distribution documents and other related trust documents
Work closely with trust relationship managers and administrator to maintain client relationship
Assist in supervising and managing the archives of trust paper documents
Assist in conducting background checks for trust clients
Compliance oriented business development, ensure all administration,legal and compliance requirements are met
协助起草盛石信托契约、信托分配文件和其他信托文件等
与信托客户经理和信托助理密切合作,以维护客户关系
协助监督和管理信托文件,做好信托纸质文件的档案管理
协助做好信托客户的背景调查工作
合规展业,确保所有行政、法律和合规要求得到满足

Skills:
Degree holder in accountancy, business, legal or related discipline
Qualifications such as STEP, company secretary or CPA are desirable (But not required)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;patience and attentiveness are essential
Self motivation and customer-oriented approach
Proficient in English and Chinese
