Qualifications and Qualities
- Higher diploma or above qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 year of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge in IT and AV technologies
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be pleasant with positive mindset, good team player and willing to learn new technologies and techniques
- Be able to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and be self-motivated
- Sound knowledge of multimedia production and video recording system is an advantage
- Fresh graduates may also be considered
- Assisting with various IT tasks to support daily operations
- Providing frontline support to internal users
- Monitoring and troubleshooting computer equipment
- Coordinating with vendors on purchase, tendering and maintenance as per department’s needs
- Being responsible for updating and maintaining inventory records on hardware & software
- Managing departmental equipment
- Performing any other duties as assigned
