Scope of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation management of KYC department.
• Responsible for communication and coordination of VIP KYC cases.
• Report clients’ data regularly and provide the data support to business departments.
• Provide high quality customer service in an efficient and professional manner.
• Promote and standardize KYC audit operation SOP
• Analyze and investigate specific/complaint cases.
• Provide administrative support and liaise with internal departments in the same business region.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines.
• Over 5 years of Operation work experience and over 2 years of management experiences.
• KYC work experience and PRC work experience background is preferred.
• License to carry on HKSFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities is a plus.
• Excellent team management, time management and able to work under pressure.
• Good writing ability and logical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin is a must.
