Culinary Team Members - Common Man Coffee Roasters, Hong Kong
Common Man Coffee Roasters is an all-day dining café with specialty coffee, natural wine and bakery, with our main base in Singapore, our goal is to spread Great Coffee and Good People and Champion Specialty Coffee and All Day Dining throughout Asia.
In our growth journey since 2013, we have grown from Singapore to Malaysia & Philippines and soon to be opening in Hong Kong. We are dedicated to providing exceptional all day dining, coffee experiences and delicious baked goods in a warm and high energy atmosphere with a great vibe. As we continue to expand internationally, we are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our outlet in Hong Kong, scheduled to open in October this year at K11 Art Mall, Tsim Sha Tsui.
Our kitchens are the heart of our cafes, we have a positive, supportive environment to develop your skills. Being part of the Spa Esprit Group, there is an opportunity for promotion and growth across the company. We are on the lookout for a range of roles to grow our Culinary Team:

Line Cook

Qualifications

Passion and interest in coffee.
1-5 years of experience within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment in Hong Kong.
Cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork.
⁠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualification in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
