Position Overview:
As a Manager, Business Analyst , you will work closely with the Business Director to support business units in exploring new ventures and business opportunities. You will be responsible for analysing data, consolidating business proposals, and preparing presentation materials for senior management. This role requires someone with sharp business instincts, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Director in exploring, analyzing, and validating new business opportunities across diverse sectors including yacht selling, car leasing, and airport ground support.
Consolidate and analyze data from various business units to evaluate the feasibility of new business ventures.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management reviews.
Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Act as a liaison between the Business Director and business units, providing support in decision-making and business planning.
Participate in business reviews, monitor market trends, and provide insights for business growth.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive business information.

Requirements:
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles.
Strong business acumen with the ability to assess and validate business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
A strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability to support different business units and projects.
Previous experience working in a managerial role within a corporate setting is highly preferred.
