Job Duties:
Handle daily membership administration & issues

Handle members’ enquiries, registration of new members and renewals of existing members

Assist the Manager in organizing membership drive activities

Provide front desk operations and administrative support

Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by superior

Prepare regular report on membership statistics

Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Business Administration (Hospitality industry is preferred)

1-2 year(s) working experience preferably in marketing, membership management or customer service field will be an advantage

Fresh graduate & Part-time mode are also welcome

Customer-oriented and good telephone manner

Well-organized with a detailed mindset

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
