The Foreign Correspondents’ Club, Hong Kong, is unique. It is probably the most famous press club in the world, it is housed in a beautiful and historic Central location that provides a wealth of first-class yet cost-effective dining and recreational facilities, and it is an important media hub – providing a rare neutral platform for an impressive selection of local and international speakers

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation of daily revenue report

Audit daily revenue summaries and ensure the accuracy of all revenue from food and beverages

Responsible for all verification on authenticity of all paid out vouchers and coupons

To perform account payable function including handling of invoices and payment checking

Responsible for daily accounting operations, including data entry, billing and filing

Assist in regular month-end closing activities

Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance (diploma with relevant working experience will also be considered)

LCCI Higher / HKIAAT member / HKICPA student or equivalent

3-4 years' working experience in Accounting / Auditing / Finance

Prior experience in handling full set of accounts

Experience in handling external auditors and client accounting is highly preferred

Solid analytical skills, responsible, detail conscious and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficiency in using PC operation, such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point and familiar with accounting software but not necessary
