Job Responsibilities:
Maintains office operations by collecting and mailing correspondence
Maintains office cleanliness and perform general cleaning duties
Assists in setting up meeting rooms and greeting visitors
Performs any other administrative tasks as needed
Work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
On one year contract basis
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30a.m.--5:30p.m., alternative Sat 8:30a.m.--12p.m.

Job Requirements:
Form 5 / HKDSE or above with 2 years’ relevant experience
Basic written and verbal communication skills, able to read and write Chinese and simple English
Basic computer skill (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel)
