工作職責:
1.日常問題件處理及跟進工單;

2.自提點上架進度及日常數據記錄跟進;

3.超期/異常件退回倉跟進;

4.自提點日常公告更新及走訪巡查;

5.按需要支援自提點店務員工作。

1. Handle daily problems and follow up work orders;

2. Follow up the progress of self-pickup points and daily data records;

3. Overdue/abnormal parts are returned to the warehouse for follow-up;

4. Daily announcement update and inspection of self-pickup points;

5. Support the work of the clerk at the pick-up point as needed.

職位要求:
1、中學畢業或以上學歷,懂電腦文書及中文打字;

2、樂觀、好學、責任心強;

3、具有較強服務意識、溝通能力強、能用國語交流。

1. Secondary school graduate or above, understand computer documents and Chinese typing;

2. Optimistic, studious, and responsible;

3. Have a strong sense of service, strong communication skills, and be able to communicate in Chinese.

工作時間:長短週工作(11:00 - 20:00)

Working hours: long and short weeks (11:00 - 20:00)
