Payroll Manager

A sizeable international financial institution is hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to join the HR team.
The Role
- Handle the full cycle of the payroll functions for Hong Kong
- Prepare monthly payroll, final payment and leave calculations, monthly reports and MPF filing
- Enhance effective communication with stakeholders, such as liaise with finance department and management team regarding the bonus structure related to performance appraisal, etc.
- Involve in annual budget activities and suggest resources allocation
- As a contact point with external parties, i.e. tax consultant, auditor, etc.
- Maintain accuracy of data and information alignment with company and clients’ internal policies and standards
- Participate in process improvement project when required
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 8 years hands on payroll experience gained from sizeable organisation(s)
- This role required advanced level Excel skills
- Team player and high ability to adapt changes
- Speak fluent English and Cantonese
