Responsibilities:
Monitor and carry out procurement activities with extensive range of material and services for property management

Review supplier's performance & service delivery

Evaluate sourcing strategy and streamline internal purchase process

Source and evaluate suppliers by carrying out questionnaires, interviews, reference checks and inspections

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder in Business administration, Procurement & Supply Chain or related disciplines is preferred

At least 10 years working experience in real estate industry

Solid knowledge of operational supplies, equipment, and service contracts, ideally knowledge in sustainability

Strong stakeholder management skills

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
