They are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to support their ongoing endeavors and maintain their commitment to excellence and long-term success.

Responsibilities:
Assume the role of Project Manager for the gantry crane plant setup, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.
Lead and manage a team of 10+ engineers throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation of the gantry crane plant.
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, overseeing all aspects of the gantry crane installation, maintenance, and modification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of project milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement necessary corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and control, to ensure financial targets are achieved.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations throughout the project, ensuring a safe working environment for all project participants.

Requirements:
Hold a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience, with a proven track record in project management, preferably in the field of gantry crane installations or similar heavy machinery projects.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with at least 3 years of experience in managing engineering projects and leading teams.
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Display a solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
