Responsibilities:
Follow up purchase orders to support daily operations

Assist in sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements

Manage and update all purchasing documents and records

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Purchasing or Business Administration is preferred

Minimum of 1 years' relevant working experience in Hospitality or F&B industry

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Responsible, reliable and multi-tasking is a must

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing) and SAP

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer
