We recruit the following QS/AQS working in Hong Kong for Building projects: -

Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Duties and Responsibilities:
General QS & Contract Administration Works.

Subletting, measurement, interim payment, VO valuation & final account negotiation.

Education and Qualification:
Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying.

3 - 6 years’ QS experience in contractor or QS consultant firm working for building projects (preferably with HKHA’s projects experience).

Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude.

Good computer skill and self- independence.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
