Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a local construction company that provides professional sub-contracting services to main contractors and clients in the Hong Kong region. They also provide a wide range of decoration and alternation work services. For business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their company.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for pre-and post-contract quantity surveying duties such as preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account, etc;
  • Manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc;
  • Coaching and leading junior staff in delivery of services, such as checking on the works done by junior staff;
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to maintain relationship;
  • Visit Site as and when required to take measurements and monitor progress.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying discipline or equivalent;
  • At least 10 years relevant quantity surveying experience in civil infrastructure projects;
  • Ambition for success with proven practical experience in handling civil infrastructure projects;
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and lead a team to achieve success working in collaborative team environment;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
