Duties and Responsibilities

Handle calls received by the Repair Call Centre or Building Defects Reporting Centre and other duties as assigned.

Customer Services Officer may be required to work irregular hours and shifts.

may be required to work on hourly basis at Repair Call Centre or Building Defects Reporting Centre after tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Signal and/or other emergency situations as requested

Qualification and Experience

Have Level 2 or equivalent or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent; or

Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in at least 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B), in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent;

fluent in speaking Cantonese and English; and

conversant with the application of computer software Microsoft ‘Word’ and ‘Excel’ and capable of typing 30 English words per minute and 20 Chinese characters per minute

have a minimum of 1 year of working experiences in customer services
