Responsibilities:
To be responsible for developing cost planning and project budgeting
To handle post-contract, including but not less than valuation of variation, cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement

Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Min. 7 years fitting-out contractor experience
Conversant in fit-out pricing
Professional qualification and PC knowledge are advantageous
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
Those with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
