Job Responsibilities:
Lead the asset management of overseas funds and follow-up real estate projects, including regular performance tracking, attribution analysis, and internal reporting;
Work closely with External Managers to grasp market trends and management strategies for various markets;
Carry out daily tracking of overseas real estate markets, European and American economic trends, and the trends and performance of various real estate sub-sectors;
Maintain good relationships with major real estate industry research institutions, intermediaries;
Monitor the performance of invested project/fund, have good awareness, alertness and management for potential risks;
Responsible for investment evaluation of Chinese real estate projects. This will be flexibly adjusted according to the candidate's investment experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, finance, economics and other related majors, candidates with oversea university degrees are preferred;
5 - 6 years' experience in real estate funds, direct investment projects or asset management;
Excellent investment and real estate evaluation and analysis capabilities;
Candidates with CPA, CFA or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred;
An ambitious and responsible team player with can-do attitude, strong learning ability, proactive, resilient and able to withstand pressure, good organization and coordination skills.
