Project Title: Building teacher educators’ capacity to innovate teaching and assessment
through new technologies

[Appointment Period: 12 months]

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction is seeking a qualified and highly dedicated researcher
to provide research support to a project related educational assessment. This project aims to promote
a healthy and productive assessment culture in the local and international contexts. The appointee
will assist in duties such as literature review, data collection and analysis, report and journal drafting,
website construction and any other duties as assigned. The initial appointment period will be 12
months. Contract renewal is possible and is subject to mutual agreement.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology or a related discipline, along
with at least one year of post-graduate full-time work experience. Alternatively, candidates with a
Master's degree are also eligible to apply. Applicants should be adept at multi-tasking, working
under tight deadlines and being able to work both independently and as a team. Additionally, they
should possess exceptional written English skills, particularly in academic writing. Having
knowledge and experience in website construction and maintenance will be an advantage.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end
