The 440-room Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is located in the center of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It is a few minutes drive from Hong Kong International Airport, with close proximity to Hong Kong Disneyland, Asia World-Expo and Ngong Ping 360. Connected to both hotels is Citygate Outlet Mall, a shopping and entertainment complex and only a few minutes walk to Tung Chung MTR Station.

Responsibilities:
Handle reservations, enquiries and answer emails

Perform up-selling skills and courtesy over the phone

Provide accurate hotel information to guest while handling the reservations

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Reservations Manager

More experience will be consider as higher position

Qualifications:
Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
Familiar with Opera system and MS Office applications
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
With prior hotel experiences would be an advantage
