The 440-room Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is located in the center of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It is a few minutes drive from Hong Kong International Airport, with close proximity to Hong Kong Disneyland, Asia World-Expo and Ngong Ping 360. Connected to both hotels is Citygate Outlet Mall, a shopping and entertainment complex and only a few minutes walk to Tung Chung MTR Station.

Responsibilities

Responsible to safety and security in hotel area;

Handle guest request and provide excellent service to guest;

Perform other duties and special tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year relevant experience;

Experience in hotel industry is an advantage;

Good communications and interpersonal skills;

Security Personnel Permit is required;

Holder of valid first-aid certificate is an advantage
