The 440-room Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is located in the center of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It is a few minutes drive from Hong Kong International Airport, with close proximity to Hong Kong Disneyland, Asia World-Expo and Ngong Ping 360. Connected to both hotels is Citygate Outlet Mall, a shopping and entertainment complex and only a few minutes walk to Tung Chung MTR Station.

Responsibilities:
Support and supervise good Health and Safety practices in compliance with hotel standards, through the development of the cleaning processes and equipment used.

Advises on proper food handling practices and provides food hygiene training for internal staff.

Identify potential areas of risk, ensuring all food health and safety regulations are adhered to, and responding to complaints regarding potential food hygiene matters.

Handle ad-hoc duties when required

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Strong leadership, responsible and able to work independently

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Applicant with less experiences will consider as Assistant Hygiene Manager
