The 440-room Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is located in the center of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It is a few minutes drive from Hong Kong International Airport, with close proximity to Hong Kong Disneyland, Asia World-Expo and Ngong Ping 360. Connected to both hotels is Citygate Outlet Mall, a shopping and entertainment complex and only a few minutes walk to Tung Chung MTR Station.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager under Sales & Marketing Department, you will primarily support the development and execution of marketing programs to drive business and elevate profile of our hotel’s products (e.g. Rooms, F&B, Wedding & MICE).

Job Responsibilities

Assist and support coordination for collaterals, public relations, advertising for marketing programs and promotions

Works collaboratively with hotel operations teams to execute the Accor’s brand campaign and audit accreditation projects in a timely manner

PR – Draft press release, assist in media pitching and arrange media entertainment to drive media exposure

Copywriting – Create engaging content and proofread copy for printed materials and digital channels, e.g. Menus, in-hotel display, hotel website

Collaterals – Coordinate with design manager and user departments on all printed-materials and photo-shoot, and signage in hotel public areas

Partnership – Creates and seeks out opportunities for brand-relevant partnerships that drive brand positioning and business objectives

Others – Coordinate purchasing documents, research tasks and compile the monthly report

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above in Hospitality / Marketing / Communications or related discipline

A minimum of 2 years solid experience in Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, preferably gained in hospitality industry

Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Good team player, attentive to details and strong project management skills

Good command of Microsoft Office and social media tools
