Detailed Job description:
- Oversight of India NOC team in BAU activities, including to perform 4 eye checks and provide day to day guidance.
- Experience range: 8 year + in 1 LOD control.
- With 1LOD control background, fluent in English.
- Perform BAU such as NPI monitoring, CIRP follow up, NFR cross border reporting etc.
- Prepare KRI reports for coverage staff, handling of KRI appeals and ad hoc changes of KRI requirements.
- Follow up on long outstanding deficiencies.
- Handle control related projects.
- Oversight of all responsible control ensures quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate internal/external audit and regulatory enquiries.
- Maintain and track various flow stages/activities and escalation to Stream Lead in any identified deviation/issue.
- Perform regular management reporting.
- Participating in remediation projects
- Tackle day to day enquire from Relationship Centre
