Responsibilities:
Act as team leader to lead the Asia Pacific sales support team across the region with direct reporting to APAC VP Sales based in Hong Kong.

Assist APAC VP Sales in Sales Governance, business analytics, CRM monitoring, and coordination among the sales team.

Assist with preparation of sales and marketing related reports upon request for PSA BDP BDS or regional leadership and country management

Liaise with local domestic transportation providers to maintain and improve on vendor relationships and ensure market competitiveness.

Manage and maintain sales specific campaigns and projects.

Create new customer portfolio by identifying new leads via cold calling, using lead generation tools, and research and analysis.

Work with BDS and Operations to develop Standard Operating Procedures as needed.

Requirement:
Minimum of 5-year business experience in sales support function at freight forwarding company.

Experience in leading team is a plus.

Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin – written and verbal communication.

Computer Skills: Strong in Excel and Power Point and other Microsoft office tools
