School of Business - Senior Executive Officer

The School of Business was accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in 2023 to be among less than 6% of business schools globally. The University now invites application for the following position:

- promote the School’s marketing and branding activities to key stakeholders including but not limited to prospective students and alumni;
- manage the School’s newsletters, websites, digital platforms and other channels;
- support the School’s business engagement activities, such as guest talks, events and executive training;
- co-ordinate student exchange visit and internship arrangements between the School and companies overseas;
- represent the School in local secondary school visits, and occasionally in education expos/exhibitions in Hong Kong and overseas;
- liaise with various internal offices and units; and
- provide secretarial service to various committees of the School.
Applicants Should
- possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of working experience;
- have knowledge of design software such as Photoshop and Canva;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- possess strong self-initiative, good teamwork, organisation and problem-solving skills; and
- be persistent, creative and dynamic
