The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: Ref: EO/SEO (STFL) 2024-09-06)
- assist in managing the School’s undergraduate and taught-postgraduate programmes;
- provide administrative support for admission exercises, programme administration, quality assurance, new programme development and record maintenance;
- provide secretarial service to various committees of the School;
- liaise with Schools/ Departments/ Offices, and work closely with other academic divisions and teams for the School’s administration; and
- organise seminars and events for the School and assist in the production of marketing materials.
Applicants Should
- possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience preferably in the education sector;
- have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- have proficient computer skills, good organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently; and
- be a team player, responsible, meticulous and self-motivated.
