We are currently looking for talented candidates in accounting profession to join the Finance Team. He / She will be responsible to provide timely and relevant financial reports and information to meet management and statutory requirements/assist in month end closing including journal posting.

What is your role…

Prepare and review of month end reports, preparation and review of the monthly accounting entries and balance sheet reconciliation

Prepare monthly financial/ management reports & analysis, forecast, budgeting and yearly schedules

Oversee billing process to facilitate debt collection

Coordinate yearly stock taking exercise with warehouse and other departments.

Coordinate with auditor and prepare various accounting schedules for audit

Assist in work coordination and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Who we are looking for…

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

At least 3 years relevant working experience in financial/management accounting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI and hands-on experience in SAP is a must,

Solid experience in handle full set of books

Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Self-motivated, organized with strong communication skill and sense of ownership

Able to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and tight timelines

Good team player and customer service skills

Immediately available is highly preferred

More experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
