Senior Administration Officer (Medical Services)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular review and prepare statistics related to the operations of the Chinese Medicine Services
- Work closely with the Manager to supervise/communicate clerical and frontline staff
- Hands on experience in compilation of service manuals, procurement and discussion paper are preferred
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
- A Hong Kong university degree or equivalent. Post-graduation qualification in health care, business management, social science or equivalent will be an advantage;
- Candicate with over 4 years post-qualification experience is preferred;
- A well-organized, independent and proactive team player;
- Creativity in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes;
- Medical Service experience is preferred but not compulsory;
- Excellent command of Chinese writing skills and good command of English writing skills;
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Candidate with less relevant experiences may be considered as Administration Officer
