WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Support SHOPLINE merchants on digital advertising on a day to day basis
Leverage the marketing landscape and competitor/audience insights to develop compelling media strategies based on clients’ business and marketing objectives
Optimize / Monitor the results achieved (ROAS, Conversion rate, CTR, CPC) on Facebook and Google and evaluate the effectiveness of post-campaigns
Identify target audience and make decisions on the best format of media for specific clients and campaigns
Manage client relationships to build trust in your judgment and conduct renewal & upsell any new package
Any other administrative duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
2 - 5 years experience in media planning / buying experience
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager is a must
Confidence in handling media campaign implementation and report tabulations
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Result oriented, positive, self-motivated, outgoing, good interpersonal skill
Team player and a quick learner
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and SEO is an advantage
