Senior Finance Manager, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Participate in month-end reconciliations and month-end closing process to ensure accuracy and accountability of financial record
Advice financial treatments on structuring deals with Business
Involve in accounting set up on Equity Derivatives Products
Complete regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to different stakeholders
Provide coaching to the team and review work performed by junior team members
Preparing presentation materials with analytics and insights for senior management meetings
Responsible on updating procedure documents on key reporting processes
Process improvements and strengthen internal control
Participate in Year-end audit and Tax filing
Assistance in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

University graduate with at least 8 years relevant experiences in financial services or financial reporting
Have technical / product knowledge on Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income
CPA or equivalent qualification
Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage
Good knowledge of accounting standards and ability to collect and assess financial data in efficient and effective way
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
High level of work ethics, professional integrity and compliance of internal control policies
Demonstrated leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills. Good team players
