Job Duties:
Perform Front Desk Operations in a timely and professional manner

Provide guest services for customers including check-in and check-out services

Handle guest enquiries pertaining to facilities, services and information

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management

1 year’s working experience in hotel industry would be an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
