Senior HR & Administration Officer

San Po Kong

Responsibilities
  • Assist in various corporate development/restructuring and other compliance projects
  • Responsible for a full spectrum of Human Resources functions including manpower planning, talent acquisition, training arrangement, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits in Hong Kong and Taiwan
  • Responsible for updating, reviewing, and executing HR and Admin policies and procedures, as well as employee handbooks, to ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations
  • Maintain staff records and HR filing system
  • Responsible for general office administration, including maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and other administrative or support functions required
  • Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner
  • Take up ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
  • Degree with at least 2 years of working experience or related disciplines
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance, and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively communicate to diverse groups of audiences
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with a high sense of responsibility
  • Excellent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
