Responsibilities:
Manage the assigned key customers (supermarkets / convenience stores) to achieve sales and profitability targets
Develop and execute trade promotion activities to maximize sales orders
Negotiate with key customers on business terms and sales plans
Monitor sales, distribution, in-store activities including shelf presence, point-of-sales materials, etc.
Recommend sound business plans by analyzing business performance and market information

Requirements:
University graduate preferably in business related disciplines
About 2 years' sales or marketing experience, preferably in FMCG industry. More experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
Knowledge of category management and working experience in dealing with supermarket and convenience stores are preferred
Good business analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-initiative, aggressive, result oriented and self-motivated
