Job Responsibilities:
Assist in budget and forecast preparation and monitoring

Detailed checking of Head Office reports to ensure accuracy and on time submission

Preparation of interim and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory disclosure requirements

Contact with and answer enquiries from internal and external auditors

Preparation of tax calculation and liaise with tax consultants

Asist in system developments on accounting rules for different bank products

Supervise the accounts payable section

Assist in examining accounting implication/ forecast on new businesses/ products

Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines

At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial industry

Holder of CPA qualification

Detail-minded, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills, willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Well-versed in computerized accounting system and reporting tools

Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
