Position Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee the management of store development projects, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a diverse team of professionals in executing new store developments, renovations, and related projects.
Uphold the brand's image and standards by working with stakeholders during the design and construction phases.
Monitor project budgets and report any variances to management.
Negotiate costs and pricing with vendors and contractors to maintain budget control.
Ensure that all projects adhere to established plans, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage the procurement process in accordance with Group requirements.
Oversee the technical support team to provide timely and cost-effective maintenance for stores.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Undertake additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction, building services, architecture, project management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in retail.
Proficiency in architectural and design software such as Auto CAD, Photoshop, or 3D modeling tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships with external stakeholders. Capable of meeting tight deadlines and adhering to budget constraints.
